I’m sure you’ll have all seen the news by now that Just:: has entered into a collaboration with Havas Health to become a partner in their global network. Jennie, Emma, Kirsty and the rest of the Senior Management Team announced the news to the wider team on Wednesday morning and that afternoon everyone got to meet Donna Murphy, CEO of Havas Health, over a rather lovely selection of gins and tea party treats.
As someone who has been with Just:: a LONG time (I celebrated my ninth Just:: anniversary a couple of weeks ago), some of my colleagues naturally asked how I felt about the whole thing. After all, it doesn’t seem that long ago that Jennie, Emma and I shared a small serviced office just off Putney High Street. Now three has become 35 and we are part of a dynamic and growing network.
How do I feel… GOOD! Of course change can feel a little scary. We don’t have a crystal ball. But what we do have is a partner who appreciates everything that makes us special – our values, our culture, our brilliant team and our amazing work. And now we have access to a load of other good stuff too. Feels a bit like a win/win to me!
