A Just:: Cause
At HAVAS Just:: we care as much about the impact of our work as we do the bottom line. That is why we commit time to support not-for-profit organisations under our A Just:: Cause programme – providing communications support, advice and training.
When we launched Just:: in 2006, we committed to working with healthcare-related charities every year for free. Through the initiative A Just:: Cause, we’ve delivered award winning campaigns, including launching the first national ADHD awareness initiative and a campaign with comedian Tony Parsons to tackle loneliness in the UK. In 15 years, we’ve worked with over 20 charities. This year we are working with Unique to help raise awareness and understanding of chromosome disorders.
Just:: Included
We believe that to be engaged and do our best work we all need to feel included and valued as individuals. This is the culture we aim to foster at HAVAS Just:: – to instil a true sense of belonging. We celebrate what makes us different and welcome the diverse thinking this brings to our work. We aim to empower every member of our team to think, act and communicate freely. We respect and support each other as equals.
Behaviour change
Sprout Health Solutions and HAVAS Just:: collaborate in behaviour change and health communications to provide smart and creative solutions to the practical business needs of health clients.
We fuse academic analysis and scientific rigour, with cultural insights, infotainment and creativity. We build agile and influential health communications programmes based on deep understanding of why people behave the way they do, and what interventions can unlock these behaviours.
The result? Better health outcomes for people and healthcare systems. Reputational and commercial impact for stakeholders.

ESG Practices
As a business, we believe that acting responsibly within the world we live in creates a positive impact on individuals, companies and the planet as a whole. Our state-of-the-art offices use recycled pens and paper, have rain-water flushed toilets and a single-use plastic free cafe. Our team helps to fund green energy projects around the world that bring sustainable benefits to local communities whilst reducing carbon pollution. We have also joined over 500 other companies in signing the Better Business Act, asking the Government to change UK law to “make sure every single company in the UK, whether big or small, aligns the interests of their shareholders with those of wider society and the environment“.
